Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How old do you have to be to CHECK IN?

A: You are required to be 21 years old in order to CHECK IN.

 
Q: What time is CHECK IN/OUT?

A: CHECK IN is after 5:00pm on the date of your arrival, and CHECK OUT is before 10:00am on the date of your departure. This time is strictly enforced as we have an allotted time to get our units cleaned and ready for our next guest’s arrival at 5:00 p.m. However, for our early arrivals, we have a Pre-Check In for you and use of the pool while we are preparing your cabin.


Q: What type of rooms do you have available?

A: We have Efficiencies (Sunward), Studios w/ Bedroom (Starboard), One Bedroom One Bath Cabins (Leeward & Topsail), One Bedroom Two Bath Cabins (Mainsail & Windward) and Two Bedroom Two Bath Cabins (Captains Quarters). All of our cabins are ocean front. Our Sunwards (Efficiency) have a Queen-size Murphy bed and a Queen-size Sleeper sofa, Starboards (Studio w/Bedroom) have a Queen Size Bed and a Queen-size Sleeper Sofa, One Bedrooms One Bath (Leeward & Topsails have a Queen sized bed in the bedroom, a Queen size Murphy Bed and a Queen Sized Sleeper Sofa in the living room. One Bedroom, Two Bath (Mainsail & Windward) have a King Bed in the Master Bedroom, a Queen Murphy Bed and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room and our Two Bedrooms Two Bath (Captains Quarters) have a King sized bed in the Master Bedroom, a Queen Bed in the second Bedroom and a Queen Murphy Bed and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room.


Q: How many people are allowed in a room?

A: Our Sunward / Starboards holds a maximum of four occupants, our Leeward, Topsails, Mainsails and Windward hold a maximum of six occupants and our Captains Quarters holds a maximum of eight occupants.


Q: What are the pool hours?

A: Our pool is open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and dusk.

  
Q: Are we allowed to bring pets to your resort?

A: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the resort or on the resort’s property. We will be happy to provide boarding information.

 
Q: Does your resort have any on-site activities?

A: Yes, the only on-site activity is our Tuesday Morning Coffee & Donut Social with the Manager, starting at 8:30 a.m. Other activities can be arranged through our concierge’s service.

 
Q: Someone in my party is handicapped, do you have anything to assist them?

A: Yes, we have the following items available at the front desk upon request:

  • Visual/audio alarm smoke detector
  • Handrails in the bathrooms
  • Pool Chair Lift

Q:  Is smoking allowed?

A:  Smoking is not allowed in any interior of the cabins, on the balconies, on the pool deck or on other interior common areas of the resort.  We have built a “Smoking Area” which we ask and encourage those who smoke to use this area.
