Dear Sea Club IV owner, This is an important notification regarding a change in the processing of your homeowner association assessment and association banking relationship. Your association is now using Alliance Association Bank (AAB) for all banking services. AAB specializes in the timeshare industry and provides products and services uniquely geared towards community associations.

Going forward, assessment payments will be processed by Alliance Association Bank. AAB uses the latest lockbox technology to accurately and quickly process and deposit your payments. The following details are provided for your assistance.

These changes will dramatically improve the speed and accuracy in which your payments are credited to your account. To complete this conversion and maximize our staff’s time to complete your vacation needs and answer your calls quickly and efficiently, we are asking that you help us with the following updates:

US Postal Service Payments

1. Please mail your assessment payment to the below processing center for prompt and accurate processing:

2. Please include your payment coupon with your check in the windowed envelope provided to ensure your payment is accurately processed to your account.

Bill Pay Service

We recommend and encourage homeowners to use the bill payment service provided by their bank. If you utilize your bank’s Bill Payment Service, please do the following:

1. Delete the existing payment profile and create a new one to the address listed above.

2. Ensure the check is made payable to your association and the memo portion includes the following information/instructions:

Lemonjuice Solutions Company ID: 7226
Association ID: SCR
Your Ownership ID (beginning with 25; one for each interval)
This number includes your unit and week number, and is found on your invoice

Please note that you’ll have a new account Number that will enable us to let you manage your interval week(s) on-line and at a lower cost to your Association. This information will be on your next billing statement.

Additional Payment Options

As an added enhancement, the Sea Club IV Association is now able to offer additional payment methods for owners to pay their assessments, including:

  • One-Time eCheck – One-Time ACH direct debit. There is no fee for an eCheck payment.
  • Credit Card – All credit cards are accepted. A 3% Service fee applies and is charged at the time of payment.
  • Debit Card – If you wish to make a one-time payment with your debit card, a $5 service fee will apply.

To make a payment, please visit your Association’s Website, www.SeaClubIV.com and click "Owners" then “Pay Assessments Online.” You’ll be brought to the Associations Secure new payment page, where you’ll be able to make your 2018 payment.

In the future, you will be issued a new account number that will allow you to combine multiple intervals under a single account. Information to come in the near future.
